Despite having the Ricochet anti-cheat system in place for both Black Ops 6 and Warzone, hackers found ways to invade Ranked Play. Activision traced some of these issues back to a data glitch that reduced Ricochet’s ability to detect cheating effectively.
They’ve assured players that their anti-cheat team is busy working on solutions. The glitch has been fixed, and they’re also focusing on identifying dodgy accounts and speeding up the review process for suspicious activities.
For those eager to experience what the pros do, Ranked Play mirrors the official rules and settings from the Call of Duty League. There are guides available for loadouts and restrictions in this mode, and we all hope the cheaters will be gone soon.
Meanwhile, fans are excited because next month, Black Ops 6 will unveil its newest Zombies map called Citadelle des Morts.
