In their latest teaser, Larian shares a peek at what might occur if players succumb to the Dark Urge’s sinister impulses, with the caption “Father would be so proud.”

The clip leaves players guessing about what choices lead to such outcomes and whether Wyll, Lae’zel, and Shadowheart could face similar fates.
Last week’s teaser showed another grim ending that’s not as bloody but still pretty dark.

Larian has mainly highlighted the Dark Urge story in their teasers, but Patch 7 promises multiple new dark endings for various characters.
This update also brings many fixes and improvements. However, it won’t include cross-play or photo mode just yet. Larian suggests these features might come later.
Baldur’s Gate 3 marked its first anniversary in August. Although Larian continues updating it, they don’t plan on adding major new content like expansions or sequels.
