Ghostface from the famous Scream movies is coming to Mortal Kombat 1 soon, just in time for Halloween.
A short teaser dropped on Mortal Kombat’s YouTube channel, showing Ghostface going after Johnny Cage, who’s chilling on his couch, and then taking a jab at Raiden.
We also catch sight of various masks for Ghostface, each with its own cool style. There’s one that looks like a ninja, another that’s devilishly red, and a third with huge teeth sticking out.
Ghostface is the first of three special guests in the new Khaos Reigns update for Mortal Kombat 1. The other two, Conan The Barbarian and T-1000, are still waiting for their big moment, but classic fighters like Cyrax, Sektor, and Noob Saibot have already joined the fray.
Mortal Kombat 1 can be played on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The Khaos Reigns update costs $50 on its own, or you can grab it with the main game for $90. The base game, expansion, and the bundle have discounts on Steam, and console versions are cheaper on Amazon too.
